I'm too cheap to play MMORPGs, so that's out.
I've played every Final Fantasy but XI, for previously mentioned reasons.
I love button mashers, shmups, action games, old school FPS, and certain RPGs hold a special place in my line up.
The greatest part of my collection? Definitely my Chrono Trigger cartridge. Super Mario RPG falls somewhere close, unfortunately I got into RPGs late, so I only own FF4 in disc form, though that will certainly change for the DS release.
I do not own Symphony of the Night, but I hail it as one of the best hybrid side scrolling RPGs that I've played to date. Richter is awesome in the right hands, but Alucard is always powerful.
I enjoyed Kingdom Hearts, not for the story, but because it combined several forms of the games that I like. There's even a shmup, though it's hardly challenging. I would like Final Mix+ to come to the states, but I'm not holding my breath for it.
I also have a long list of games that I've never finished, notable ones are:
Xenogears
Apollo Justice
Final Fantasy 8
Suikoden IV
Suikoden V
Dragon Quest VIII
Valkyrie Profile
Warcraft 3
Final Fantasy III
and many more...
