Official Rules

To compete for first or second prize, simply post a comment on this destructoid blog one sentence about what you love about Mirror’s Edge™, Toshiba Qosmio laptops, or NVIDIA graphics cards. Each comment will count as one entry. You may comment as many times as you like. The first and second place winners will be chosen at random.

To compete for the grand prize, entrants must download the “Qosmio Made Me Do It” artwork, and post it up in the coolest place you can find. Take a picture of yourself next to the artwork and email it to qosmio@destructoid.com. Three finalists will be selected by Destructoid staff and the community will vote who wins the notebook via an online poll starting 3/23/09. Votes will be aggregated by 3rd party (via PollDaddy.com technology). Winner will be contacted by email. If no response is received after two weeks, Modern Method DBA/Destructoid LLC reserve the right to disqualify and select an alternative winner.

The grand prize consists of one (1) Mirror’s Edge-themed Toshiba Qosmio Notebook PC valued at $2800, and includes all postage and handling charges. First place prize consists of one (1) NVIDIA® GeForce™ GTX graphics card valued at $249.99 Five second place prizes will be given out, each first prize being one (1) copy of Mirror’s Edge for PC, valued at $49.99. Taxes, duties, insurance, and other expenses are the sole responsibility of the prize winners. No responsibility is taken for the loss or damage to prizes in transit.

There is no purchase requirement or registration charge to enter this competition. Entrants must be 13 or older and require parent’s permission to enter if under the age of 18. Open to US residents only. Employees of Modern Method DBA/Destructoid LLC or any employee of any company involved in this competition are not eligible to enter and win. Modern Method DBA/Destructoid LLC reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all entrants.

All prizes are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash. Modern Method DBA/Destructoid LLC and its partners reserve the right to substitute the prize of equal, lesser or great value if for any reason the prize is unavailable or no longer in production.

Modern Method DBA/Destructoid LLC and its partners accept no responsibility for damages, costs, and expenses, including attorney's fees, arising from or related to your entry into this competition or as a result of accepting any prize. Furthermore, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Modern Method DBA/Destructoid LLC and its partners harmless from and against any claims.
