Edit levels to your liking in Echochrome
There's already been much buzz about Echochrome, PS3's upcoming offering that looks like an accidental slip into MC Escher's famous Relativity painting. The new word on the street is that the title will include a level editor so players can craft their own impossible levels and then force friends to try to solve them until they weep with frustration. Sounds like a blast for the gaming sadists out there. The title is confirmed for PS3 and PSP release in Japan, but so far all America's got confirmation on is a PSN downloadable version of the game. I'm hoping we get a PSP version in the long run as it seems like a great title to take on long flights (and my life is full of those lately.) Echochrome is tenatively set for a Spring 2008 release. Legacy Comments (will be imported soon)This game looks just plain awesome. Simple looking, but nice puzzle fun. I've been sold since Harrison showed it. i want on psp but won't be buying a ps3 any time soon... i need at least one reason to get a psp and this would be great. This is totally another reason to buy a PS3, along with Metal Gear and Final Fantasy. This game looks so awesome Really looking forward to this, wouldn't mind if it only appeared on PSN but I'd be a lot happier to have a UMD version. I can't decide whether I'd prefer it on PS3 or PSP though. Seems more suited to a big screen.
