Eden Eternal patch unlocks Warlocks

Aug 10 // Sterling Aiayla Lyons

Aeria Games today launched its largest content update ever for free-to-play MMORPG Eden Eternal. The update does indeed boast a sizable list of features. The most significant change is that the game's level cap is being increased from 50 to 55. This will allow players to unlock and use the anticipated Warlock character class when they reach the new cap.

The Warlock class can be unlocked at level 55 when you have both the Magician and the Shaman classes leveled to 50. Warlocks specialize in Death Magic, and can spawn parasites on their enemies and then manipulate them for added effects. They even possess the ability to summon a pet Behelder to aid them.

Also included is the new PvP mode "Territory War." This mode is a guild-focused one, and sees a free-for-all brawl to capture and defend various territories. The new "Loyalty Shop" will also be open, which allows people to obtain items normally available only through the cash shop. Other new content includes four new regions (two per each continent) as well as several new 3-player and 5-player dungeons.

Eden Eternal is more free to play than ever before, and you can check it out on the official website.
