When Eddie Riggs isn't busy saving an alternate dimension from pure evil, he's helping out the most metal band ever, Dethklok. He gets the band women, saves them from a demon and even cuts the crust off their peanut butter and jelly sandwiches. Best roadie ever!

This is easily one of the best tie-ins to a game ever. What better way to promote your heavy metal game than by making a cameo on Metalocalypse

Totally metal. I guess. I'd say aluminum on a grade of iron to titanium.

Dethklok AND Brutal Legend is just too much metal for 2 minutes to handle.

Also, Toki is the bestest character evers!

I dunno who they got to do the voice, but they should have voiced the game instead of that Jack Black wanker.

It was Jack Black. He's been putting on a voice during all the promo stuff for Brutal Legend, along with wearing a muscle suit and a bad trucker hat.

They played this at the Mastodon/Dethklok concert back on the 20th. It's alright, nothing great IMO.

I'd like to see Tim Schafer and Brendon Small make a game together. Doesn't have to be Metalocalypse or Brutal Legend related - anything they come up with would be gold.

That was awesome. I wanna play Brutal Legend now, too bad I have dumb old computer science lab to go to. Meh.

"He cuts the crust off my sandwiches and he looks like Danzig" made me laugh. Never realised that. I also had the same feeling while playing the game. I couldn't decide whether Riggs was really awesome or a total dick.

@Rosseh

A little of both, methinks. That's what makes him a good character.
Lars, on the other hand, I couldn't decide if I hated or liked through like 90% of the game. Brutal Legend has some interesting characters, for sure.

Haha, wow, I love Metalcalypse, and this short video with Eddie is amazing. I just wonder how brutal it would be if they made a whole episode with Eddie in it.
