Free, non-indie games are almost always garbage, or else there's some kind of catch involved, like you getting sued for pirating the damn things. That's why it's so surprising to me that a game of Battlefield Heroes' caliber is completely free-to-play.

We've got a handful of new screenshots for you to ogle over, as well as a trailer featuring a half-naked man and other semi-related shenanigans.

It's not every day you get to give your character a peg leg, so I for one will be doing exactly that when Battlefield Heroes drops later this year. Anyone else is planning on making their character as zany as possible?

Its looking really good so far, I got my hands on a beta key, and I did make my character look way crazy, wish I could say more but I'm not supposed to, you know.

That trailer is so damn old.

When the hell is this coming out? EA said it would be released this summer but the damn summer is winding down.

I'm also in the beta but yeah, I don't think I'm supposed to talk about it (but maybe I will anyway if I stop being lazy). I'll just say it's pretty fun. Especially considering it's free.
