I would squeal like a little girl if they announced that Silver members could play games online.... even if I couldn't watch the movie apps, or use party chat or any of the extras... just the basic ability to play the game I paid for without paying for Gold.
... not gonna happen though.
So I guess I'll pretty much only be interested in their single player games. I hate that Fable is getting kinectified... but I do like the series and I hope they show something that makes me actually want to play the game (I already have kinect and rarely use it). The stuff I've seen so far (driving a horse carriage) has not made me interested, but hopefully they'll demo something different that does pique my interest.

I hope they announce the "Lord Voldemore Kinect Experience", where you get to interact with a Jim Sterling-voiced Lord Voldemort on your Kinect.
I want it to hurry up and be over so we can move-on to conferences where games are the focus.

And based on what Nintedo just announced (the twitter games thing) I would not be surprised to see Xbox add AvatarVerse or AvatarSpace or Xbox Kinectverse.

No matter how much I wish that I wasn't, there is still a part of me that wants to see the new Gears.

Less or no Kinect, GFWL dying painfully, the announcement of a cheaper subscription rate for Xbox Live (with no adverts for gold members), A nice looking dashboard with customisation so users don't have useless clutter, for them to cease cranking out pointless games for their poor franchises and instead get some fresh IP out there. Uh. For them to release older Halo games on PC (Steam in particular) or at the very least make Halo PC available as a download.
Of course, I expect them to open a box containing all the world's evil and doom the gaming world.

i really hope they dont even mention a new console. There is still a lot of life in the 360 and the PS3...it is just more now up to the developers to create awesomeness with each system. Sadly for MS I feel like Sony's strong first party battalion is ahead of the curve here. MS NEED to start focusing on first party studios and NOT on this bloody Kinect awfulness!!! It's fine to get on the movement controlled bandwagon but do not forget what brought you here!!!

The sad part is that they don't really even lack the internal talent but rather the executive will to have strong first-party offerings.
I've been saying it for years now but, in the late Xbox/early 360 time period, nearly every single awesome person that gave a real shit about games left Microsoft and/or the Xbox division. It's all suits now and it shows.

While We're making a wishlist, I'd also like to have a single dashboard page I can "pin" Apps, Marketplaces, and other functions to so I never have to search for them again.

But lets be honest, it doesn't matter that it is, its a side game.. I mean, Fable just got a weak XBL-ified game and it didn't make a hill of difference overall, even as the winner of whatever inner-office "free idea day" thing Lion Head had.
Besides, I'm doubting the Kinect game will get much face time unless they can really lay down that its not on rails, which they already failed to do last year when they first announced it -if anything we'll get a reminder that its still coming at all. Otherwise they'd only be using it as filler because their show's weak on content (not saying it will be, but that its the only reason to use it), because its treading old ground.
Now if they manage to announce a post-Molyneux main chapter of the game, then yeah, that's something I'd almost be willing to see, mostly because he won't be obligated to say jack about it... And knowing him he probably will any way: just to trash it.

They already have upcoming installments for Halo and Gears. After they announce a new Forza and some timed exclusive DLC, what more will they have to talk about other than Kinect?
Just show more third-party titles like Hitman and Tomb Raider, Microsoft. I couldn't give a piss about Halo, Gears of War, or Kinect.

More Alan Wake, maybe? That wouldn't be bad. I'm also curious to see more about the new Forza game and hope that it'll be open world-ish like Burnout Paradise.

I want the comdian Gallagher to come out, and crush a Kinect with one of his giant mallets, becuase motion controls belong in the dust bin, as they only seem to be good for dancing games. I want something to be announced that isn't creatively devoid, which would mean an original IP that isn't a first or third person shooter.

Yeah I'm not sure what I want from them. Less advertising BS and Kinect I suppose. More games? Good games. Something that stands out. Never owned an Xbox. Was never convinced I needed one or wanted one. I am not their target demographic.

I hope they announce that ALL of their games will be Kinect only, launching a mandatory update for every game ever released in order to play them correctly. It would also be great if regular controllers were disabled via said update.
