... I'll dance for you...
... sexily.
I expect he wasn't saying everything when he resigned to saying what he did.
Ubi, seriously, you best not fuck around with the DRM on this one. I'm excited here. I haven't been excited for your shit in ages. I'm willing to pick this up day one IF YOU DON'T FUCK ME WITH THE DRM. $60 up front, as opposed to $8.50 three years from now during a Steam sale. Your choice.
Well, Rayman Origins came out on PC without DRM, and also they released some few year old games on GoG, a company that's very outspoken against DRM, so hopefully that means they're ditching it.
Well this isn't really a new thing at all.. you kind of have to expect the demo's to be played on a high end PC at the show, unless otherwise stated -even if the hardware is seen with it.
Same thing happened with Battlefield 3 last year before people realized what they saw wasn't from a console. No one said anything and people made wild assumptions as to how good it looked on a console, and debated which is was on, only to be disappointed.
Happens every year, and it goes in one ear and out the other by the next.
Seriously, though, I was surprised at how awesome this game ended up looking.
Well it sure isn't going to look nearly as good as it did in that trailer, so you be the judge of that.
@fla
I can only hope.
Yeah... As much as it saddens me, I have a feeling this won't even look as good as GTA5 on consoles. Maybe Ubisoft can surprise us though.
Oh yeah did anybody else think that the presenter of the demo was creepy as fuck?
Seriously, this is so exciting. It's a unique idea for a game which is loaded with potential for a franchise (Watch Dogs: Insert City Here), and Chicago is, without question, my favorite city in the world and those crazy French Canadians who are making this game have captured the look of the city down perfectly and the whole "hack everything" concept could provide all sorts of fun.
DO NOT LET ME DOWN!
Will be called vaporware.
Will be shown at an E3 in 3 years.
And it'll be dumbed down and nowhere near as awesome.
Calling it now.
It'll be like SC: Conviction, perhaps. Or even worse, it'll be like Killing Day and Gorilla Nation.
That's right, I remember now. It was supposed to be huge, people were frothing at the mouth for this bigger than GTA game that was supposed to be about big fun in sin city.
