Oh god, please don't throw your shitty DRM on this one ubi, my pc wants this game so badly without any of your venereal diseases mucking it up.
I remember getting pretty stoked about that game that was to take place in Vegas.... what was it called.... no matter, it was cancelled. I'll hold my excitement until there is a release date and we actually see what the finished product looks like rather than some carefully put togetehr demo.
I don't have a PC worthy of this. If you could all kindly spare some change...

While I'll go along with calling it confirmed, I'd be remiss if I didn't call attention to the fact that Yves Guillemot was *VERY* hesitant to say what consoles it'd be on before resigning to saying it'd be on the 360 and PS3.

Well, Rayman Origins came out on PC without DRM, and also they released some few year old games on GoG, a company that's very outspoken against DRM, so hopefully that means they're ditching it.

Well this isn't really a new thing at all.. you kind of have to expect the demo's to be played on a high end PC at the show, unless otherwise stated -even if the hardware is seen with it.
Same thing happened with Battlefield 3 last year before people realized what they saw wasn't from a console. No one said anything and people made wild assumptions as to how good it looked on a console, and debated which is was on, only to be disappointed.
Happens every year, and it goes in one ear and out the other by the next.

Yeah... As much as it saddens me, I have a feeling this won't even look as good as GTA5 on consoles. Maybe Ubisoft can surprise us though.

Seriously, this is so exciting. It's a unique idea for a game which is loaded with potential for a franchise (Watch Dogs: Insert City Here), and Chicago is, without question, my favorite city in the world and those crazy French Canadians who are making this game have captured the look of the city down perfectly and the whole "hack everything" concept could provide all sorts of fun.

This game looks amazing but since it's Ubisoft it's probably overhyped and will be disapointing. I wish it'll be good, I'll wait for the reviews before forming a real opinion on the game.

I really hope they don't screw this game with mandatory gunplay, at the most do it like deus ex where you can set the difficulty in such a way that you will avoid using your gun to much.

It floors me how people talk about DRM then their solution is to play the game on a console. I mean, can you get any more DRM laden than having your operating system owned and controlled by hte company who manufactures your console? They're all computers folks - PC, PS3 and XBox. The difference is with a console, a corporation says what you can and can not do on the hardware you own. And they can change what you can and can not do on a whim.

As some one who has only recently finished AC revelations this game seems to be a possible prequel to the assassin's creed series.
