Plus, they are technically Avengers now, but not quite in the sense I think Ubisoft is going to play them off as. The point is that they were not in the Marvel movies due to licensing the movie rights to Sony and Fox, but they're included in the game because Spiderman and Wolverine were Avengers at one point and the games don't have that licensing problem.
