Holmes is playing the Wii U, but Shannon is nowhere to be found. It just doesn't feel right this way.
@chuchuko I think a lot of people are going to be quite disappointed when they realize its not going to be 1:1. I just don't think wifi is good enough to handle it, and bluetooth definitely doesn't (don't know which it uses). Fact is, the console has to accept the contoller input, and then send it back to the screen as video, all while processing the game itself. Its not going to be perfect, and nintendo is going to piss a lot of people off by skirting this issue. The vita/ps3 combo has potential because the ps3 can stream code instead of video, and the vita can use its own processor to interpret that, lowering bandwidth of the stream and reducing or eliminating lag. Not saying it WILL work this well, but it has more potential to do so (remember ps3 and psp have already had streaming gameplay, so sony already knows what does and doesn't work with it.) Anyway, prepare to plug the tablet in to the console if you want 1:1 streaming, I'm predicting.
NintendoLand looks like it can be a fantastic pack-in game for the Wii-U, I just hope that's what they do with it. I think everyone (myself included) will have little to no interest in something like this as a standalone title.

Except the Sixaxis never worked too well; it was an incredibly unresponsive piece of hardware that was underdesigned and underdeveloped for. Had the Sixaxis actually worked, and comfortably, people may have liked it more.
Nothing will erase the memory of playing Resistance: FoM, and shaking my controller like a madman waiting for the damn thing to respond.
