It looked like fun! Co-op is where NSMB Wii really shined. I feel bad for Moffin and the others. They try their best, but the really need to make these presentations shorter. Less talking, more games. Feels weird being bored while watching a presentation about video games.
The 1,000,000 coins and gold power-ups are by far Nintendo's cheapest way of making Mario feel "fresh" yet.

2-player co-op is great, but really lame is not online. Get with online play when it comes to your main Mario games, Nintendo!

You know guys, if you're not satisfied with Nintendo's games, you could simply, y'know, not buy the game, wait for the review, even simply rent it or buy it used.
C'mon, the selling point of this game is coins... COINS. That's like advertising your platformer by saying "Sonic has an all new ability; he makes a pose and watch the screen when you don't touch the controller pad for a while!"

i am curious to know (though i am guessing yes) if co-op will involve just one cart or if 2 are needed.
Fun? Undoubtedly. Exciting? Not I'n the least. And Nintendo had all the hype coming into E3 only to completely squander it. Not that this E3 wasnt Meh all around.
