Maybe Hamachi can work with this game to get "online" co-op? Regardless, I'm super excited for this because I never had enough GBAs and link cables to play with my friends (and really, who did?)
Kind of disappointed. I was thinking this was a new four swords game, but whatever. I enjoyed the GBA one.....when I could find people to play it.
I hope this will have online multiplayer if you can't play by yourself, I have the GC FSA but no one has gba's anymore.

I'm ao looking forward to this. Links Awakening dominated the last three days of my life. Sadly I don't know anybody with a 3DS, so online would be appreciated.
So what where the requirements to play the first one? 4 copies of the game, four GBAs, and 3 link cables? If so, I would imagine nobody actually got to play it. Making it free for everyone with wireless play is really how this game needs to be played
This interests me quite a bit. Mostly because this is a GBA game going to 3DS. I really hope that this becomes a trend. There are a lot of GBA games out there that deserve a go on the 3DS in VC form. Since the the GBA slot on Nintendo's handhelds has been removed, I hope that this is a sign that we'll be seeing more of these ports in the near future.

Huh. I was hoping it would be a brand new 4 swords game... but I guess this isn't the biggest deal ever. And I never did get to play 4 Swords on the GBA anyway. It'll be fun on the 3DS.

Also, does it really matter that it's a port? I never even got to play the original because I couldn't find anyone with a connection cable that owned the game!
As one of the only multiplayer games I was able to play on the GBA I am pleased, but I certainly hope it'll have online multiplayer capabilities.
