pretty sure that its just the touch screen features and the 5 player mode that are exclusive to WiiU.
Sony's #1 priority was to get the Vita back on track. They didn't do that, in fact, I think they may have sold a few 3DS' for Nintendo.
Based on what Sony needed to do, it was a very poor showing this year. Almost as bad as the Move debut a couple of years ago.
