Last year, my video producer, Andy, and I made a video about trying to make the most of the last 45 minutes of E3. We didn't plan on doing another video like that this year. The pressure of trying to replicate the spontaneous nature of the original video just ruined the fun of it.
Then, before we knew it, there was only a half an hour before E3 was over, and I realized that once again, there was so much stuff that I didn't get a chance to see, and people that I didn't get to say goodbye to. Forcing spontaneity wasn't an issue, as I was genuinely desperate to take one last hard, loving look at E3. With that idea in mind, Andy and I took off running across the show floor, video camera and microphone in hand.
Thanks to Charles "voice of Mario" Martinet; everyone's favorite Nintendo representative, Shannon; the guys at Mega64; Samus Aran; She-Joker; Tara Long; Hamza Aziz; Max Scoville; Sherilynn Macale; that cow guy; the staff of Square Enix; and all of the other people who knowingly (or unknowingly) contributed to this video.

I agree, JOHNATHAN HOLMES is the best thing about D Toid. Dearest J-Holmes, I really miss you on the D Toid show; Max is a pretty cool dude though. Sounds like you had a lot of fun. I hope to attend one year as It's been a dream of mine since middle school.
Good job with E3, Holmes and Dtoid :D. I liked this video.
Some points:
Shannon is so likable.
Charles Martinet is awesome. I liked the look on his face when you ran away.
"It was the fat guy!"
Good work guys.
Destructoid is an open discussion community. You don't need to "audition" to post a comment - just speak your mind. We respect differing opinions on the site, so have at it. Be smart, funny, insightful, clueless, or cute -- but back it up with substance. Keep your cool, keep it fun. We only ask that you act respectfully and above all: don't be a troll and ruin it for everyone else. Don't bring down gamers or we'll, you know, gently shoot you in the face and stuff you into a flaming mailbox. Each comment is your opportuntity to make this community awesomer. Is that even a word?
Avoiding the banhammer only requires common sense: spamming, trolling, racism, NSFW stuff, and other forms of sucking will not be tolerated. If anyone is griefing please report abuse. Be good. Don't suck!
I am disgust.
He topped last year's video.
This solidifies my position that Holmes is the most talented and funniest editor at Destructoid.
Also, I would love to cuddle you, Holmes.
EVAR.
You're amazing Jonathan ahaha
Last year's video was (for srs) the highlight of the E3 coverage, I'm glad it's happened again.
Hope you got Shannon's number, she was definitely into you. <.<;
I lol'd Awesome video Holmes. =D
I'd like to congratulate you on behalf of the community for officially "winning" E3 2011.
This video had me rolling and I gotta echo others sentiments that you are one of the funniest guys on Destructoid.

Man, that She-Joker (I also call her Jokerette) was hot! Goodness gracious! She's in my head now!
Also, Shannon for the win! I hope she finds her way to Dtoid, sooner or later (hopefully sooner).
At least, until "no! It was the fat guy!". That was pure win.
