Having not played any of these, the one that most excites me is Epic Mikey, with Zelda following closely behind. Really, it seems like there is an awful lot of good stuff on display this year. Vanquish and the new Kirby game look amazing too!
Based on what I seen, I think Zelda would be my choice between the 10 games in the list.
But my bet is that Destructoid will vote Portal 2 as the game of the conference.

Wow, all of those sans Gears 3 are totally on my list. It's a tough one but I'd be going for Portal 2 or Rock Band 3. Both, I feel, really define what a sequel should do for it's predecessor.

I can say with absolute certainty that Skyward Sword does not deserve to be on that list. The people from the forums know why I say that.
My top three in random order are Gears 3, Portal 2 and Zelda; also my top from E3 that aren't on the list Donkey Kong Country Returns, Kirby and all those great 3DS games announced :D
Surprised by the lack of Kirby. I mean, HE IS STRING! But out of those picks I'd say Portal 2, the footage I saw (an inferior games site called IGN has a killer 3 part demo video up) was absolutely incredible. A close second would be Zelda. Even though the demonstration was poor, everybody is saying that it plays well and I unconditionally love all things Zelda.

Marvel vs Capcom 3, though Zelda will win. Even journalists have said that the controls were pretty off, but they got the benefit of the doubt, saying it'll be fixed when it comes out. Well, for now the controls aren't great. MvC3 looked tight from every vid I have seen.
Bulletstorm also looked great from an arcadey perspective, a great game to play for an hour or two for some amazing wtf moments. I wish there was more to show about Enslaved, it looks like a great game in the Prince of Persia mold

I actually have no intention of buying kirby despite the fact that I liked a lot of the others, but my vote (since donkey kong isn't on here) is Marvel Vs Capcom 3.
