Here's a game I've not been paying much attention to. How wonderful then, that this nice little trailer and fresh new screens was handed to us by Vogster entertainment. Unbound Saga sounds like yet another dreary RPG, but it's actually a PSP brawler in which a self-aware comic book hero plots the day he can battle his creator. It's all very Comix Zone, but it looks really good.
I'll definitely want me some of this when it comes out. I love it when we find these little titles just hanging out at E3.

I don't care what it's called, but it looks just like Comix Zone. Unfortunately, that game is dated and can't really stand up against other classic brawlers, so if this game manages to create an excellent gameplay experience, I'll consider this to be the de facto comic game.
But wasn't Comix Zone about a regular guy who got sucked into the world of a comic book?
Therefore, fighting against the comic book creator makes sense.
But in this game, the main character was a comic book character to begin with... so there really isn't any reason why he would have an independent personality like the guy from Comix Zone. And if the creator wants him dead so much, he could just erase him.
I know both games have ridiculous plots, but this one is just harder for me to be interested in.
Yeeeeaaaaah... When I saw the hand drawing the bad guys I was like "Ummm... Comix Zone?" So I dunno. Even if it does copy off of Comix Zone, it looks like a great and interesting game.
@deiga-the-semivaliant- I HATE your avatar. It creeps the Hell out of me every time I see it.
Looks okay, but I'd rather see Comix Zone itself remade in the graphical style of MadWorld, well, except with color. Comix Zone was an awesome game, it's too bad the Genesis' death made it incredibly overlooked.
It does looks like the combination between Comix Zone and MadWorld. I mean... A hand drawing enemies, using traffic signs as melee weapons and throw enemies away, though badass as main character.
