Remember that mysterious trailer we saw a few weeks back that claimed to be a new project from Team ICO, called Trico? Well, it's not called Trico, but yeah ... it's very real. The game is actually called The Last Guardian, and the only way I can appropriately describe what we are seeing here is to say it utterly took my breath away. If the game even begins to live up to its looks, we have a real doozy on our hands here.
The Last Guardian is the final game in the trilogy with Ico and Shadow of the Colossus. We'll be bringing you more details and screens of it later today, but it looks like it could be the most stunning of all the Team ICO games yet. I think I actually wet my pants a little bit. Stay tuned!
i bought my PS3 just for MGS4 :} I'm really excited about this game i fell in love with Colossus such a moving and wonderfully innovative gaming experience! <3
Great to see this. The Trico video was obviously an early version of this trailer, due to the temp name (Shadow of the Colossus was called Nico for a bit) and very rough textures, like the ugly boy, but you could see some strong concepts in it. It was great to see this trailer make it all look more finished and polished.

If there is one thing I regret in life, its that when Shadow Of The Colossus came out, I was too busy with school to notice it, find out about the gem it was years later and then struggle to find a copy new or second hand in stores when trying to find one.
YES! And by the time it gets here my wallet will have recovered from having bought a PS3. I bought it because I knew this was coming. SQUEEEEEEEEEEE ^_^
Haha the music is beautiful but it's not original, it's the theme from the movie "Miller's Crossing", which was not about Japanese baby gryphons but actually about mobsters... yeah.

I need an action adventure game to replace Zelda, because I just don't fucking care about that franchise anymore. And I'm hoping this will be it.
