Got a butt-kicking interview here with Capcom's Seth Killian on the development and localization of Tatsunoko Vs Capcom, and a little bonus stuff with Napoleon Dynamite's Jon Heder at the end. I'm still pissed/jealous that Heder got a T Vs C shirt and I didn't, and when you hear how into the game he is, you'll understand why.
Oh, and a little bonus tidbit; Seth told me off camera that it's not impossible for the 2-3 additional Capcom characters that may (or may not) make there way into the Western release of T Vs C to be decided via an online poll. So keep your eyes peeled for that and all other T Vs C news, which could be hitting these internets any time now.

More than anything, he's aware that T Vs C is "for fans, by fans", and I know that he and everyone at Capcom want to carry that spirit into the game's Western release.

Phoenix Wright would make a hilarious joke character. Imagine if one of his specials is a huge "OBJECTION!" with reaction shots from the Ace Attorney series if he lands it.
Fingers crossed for Resident Evil and Megaman characters playable.
Second, expanded roster? Heck yeah! TvC: Championship Edition! While everyone will of course be throwing out Capcom names (Rad Spencer, Arthur, Tron Bonne), he said they're gonna make it even on both sides. While I doubt they'd ever get the rights to it, I think we can all agree that it'd be awesome to see the Mach 5 roll onto the screen.
Phoenix would be awesome, but hell, I'll easily take Franziska von Karma and her whip!

Sure, there are tons of other Capcom characters I'd also like to see (like Phoenix), but Frank and Zack (and Wiki) are my top pics for this particular game.

ALso, Haggar and Frank West are amazing. Some Resident Evil love would be cool, Bionic Commando would be sweet. Ace Attorney would be awesome too. Also, I'd be down for Amingo to make a comeback. He's kinda like Capcom's failure of a character, seeing as he was introduced in MvC2. Let's see him come back!

TvC needs Strider Hiryu and Jin. They would mesh well with the Tatsunoko characters and both feature flowing scarves.
Dante would be cool. Strider would be cool. I'd rather have real Mega Man, Zero, and Protoman/Blues though.
Dante is just MADE for crossover fighting games like this.
1. Amaterasu Okami (Okami) - I really want to see how they would pull this one off. Also the more Clover characters, the better.
2. Leon S. Kennedy (RE) - Come on! No Resident Evil representative in this game? You got to be kidding!
