E3 09: Ozzy Osbourne in Brutal Legend is news to someone photo

As revealed during EA's press conference yesterday, Brutal Legend is getting another rock icon added to its already impressive roster of stars. Joining Lemmy, Lita Ford, Rob Halford, and Jack Black in providing voice work for the game is none other than the Prince of Darkness himself, Ozzy Osbourne.

While it would have admittedly been cooler to see the cameo while playing Brutal Legend with no prior knowledge of its existence, this is the Internet, after all. If it makes you feel any better, I hereby give you permission to ruin the surprise for exactly one of your friends. No more, no less.

I don't think anything actually NEEDS the guys from Metallica, not even Metallica.

It looks as if he was in hell. Which is not weird.

Now all the game needs is a cameo by Boy George just for shits and giggles.

If this game has at least one event which involves Ozzy and a bat head, this will indeed be the greatest game ever.

Maybe you will run across Dethklok in the game too. That would be sick.

after buying an xbox 360 back in January and shunning it a few weeks after (you know.. cos it's games are shit) this might actually encourage me to dig it out of wherever the hell it is and turn it on ;p.

also: here's to hoping we get some Bruce Dickinson and Dio! and it's nice to see there's no avenged sevenfold or bullet for my valentine and such, that seems to be what 'metal' is to most people today...

Judas Priest, Motorhead, and now some Black Sabbath! Sweet. I wasn't that surprised that Ozzy was included, but it's neat to see anyways.

I'm with bluki though, I really want Metallica in this game too. :D

@SICK0 ZERO

you're joking right? You couldn't find at least one game for the 360 that you find great? Halo? Gears of War? Mass Effect? Bioshock? Crackdown?
