Sure, you have already heard Coldplay's "Viva la Vida" approximately 5,000 times on the radio, but why not hear it once more thanks to the first Lips: Number One Hits trailer? Spoiler: It's a nice effort, but there's simply no beating the memorable "Take on Me" commercial for the original game.

Although Number One Hits isn't releasing on Xbox 360 for quite a while -- October, to be more specific -- I can't help but feel like it's almost unnecessary with the amount of consistent DLC being provided for Lips. "But Jordan," you ask, "how can you say that about this Lips sequel when you are in support of Left 4 Dead 2 coming so soon after the first game?"

Well, for starters, that game's box art doesn't have an infected person dropping a peace sign, so my point is more or less proven. That, my friends, is how you use a post about Lips to discuss zombies.

I've only heard that Coldplay song no more than ten times in my lifetime, so it doesn't stick with me and piss me off as much as other songs that got stuck in my head. I could go into description regarding my friends ruining Rammstein for me forever, but that's besides the point.

Also, this new addition to the Lips series has s Timbaland song. Nothing can redeem the game for that.

I too am behind Left 4 Dead 2 while I don't see the point of Lips 2. They drop like five songs a week in DLC, they could just keep doing that forever. I don't think it's even that difficult what they do. There's only the vocal track, and there are no separate difficulty levels. That they charge the same as a Rock Band song is kind of ridiculous given the disparity of work put in.
