Whew! What a day! Out of the, roughly, 17,000 game announcements at this morning’s Microsoft’s E3 2009 press conference, one of the most exciting was the official reveal of Valve’s Left 4 Dead 2.

If you are as excited about the game as I am, you will be even more excited to check out these official screenshots of the highly anticipated zombie online shooter (and sequel to our Game of the Year 2008!).

The best image of the bunch? The one entitled “The Parish,” which shows off Left 4 Dead 2’s brand new cast of main characters. Just like the zombies featured in the game, I am drooling all over myself in anticipation.

Dibs on the girl!
