This morning's Microsoft press conference brought many exciting announcements for gamers (and there are still more to come!), but by far my favorite was seeing the very first footage of Final Fantasy XIII on the Xbox 360. The game looks as crisp and beautiful as you would expect, and we got a look at a summon spell, which brought the legendary Odin to the table to kick ass and take names.
The release date for the Xbox 360 version of Final Fantasy XIII was also confirmed for Spring 2010, which is a little bit more info than we knew before. Still no exact date, but you can start planning now to save that paid vacation time you have coming up for springtime! We'll have the full video shown for you soon, so keep an eye open for that later today.

This is not a bad thing though, this just means sooner release in US and EU. But if they drop the ball and says timed exclusive in US and EU for the 360, Im going to kill something.
You may kid, but it wouldn't surprise me. :P
I played the demo too, but I wouldn't say the textures were great in any of them ;) Though in the demo, they did not use the final build, so there is some graphical improvements coming.
Finally, let the good japanese RPG's come!
