E3 09: A Velvet Retribution photo

Those of you read my big E3 to-do list have been asking whether or not I have been able to fulfill the objectives I set for myself. I failed to conquer Nicole Wiebe. I failed to become the crowned king of E3 for making an Aliens vs. Predator joke, and I failed to hit someone in the face for being involved with Velvet Assassin.

... Wait, scratch that last one off the list. 

Above is a photograph of me punching Southpeak's Aubrey right in her astonished face for sending me that rotten game. She deserves every vengeful knuckle, and hopefully the whole of E3 now knows what happens if you send me a rubbish game. This happens. 

Journalism has been done.

It's things like this that are going to earn you a moniker like "Journalism Man". You go to press events stealthy disguised as a normal man with the intention of journalising PR people into submission. That chunky fist could brain her in a single half-hearted lunge. You come out with phrases like "Journalism has been done", stopping just short of either a heroic pose or an evil laugh.

Good lord, it must be lack of lighting or something because your eyes have this dark brown outline. It's like you had a lack of sleep at one point, contemplating on what you wanted to do on your to-do list. This eventually set you off as you went into a drowsy rage, unsure what you wanted to do next, which eventually ended with you punching someone involved with Southpeak. Calming yourself down, you get someone to take a picture, so you can marvel in your victory.

That's the impression I get anyway.

Good to see she has a good sense of humor about the fact that a game she was involved with kind of sucked.

I can't imagine anyone in EA or Activision allowing a journalist to take that picture to make a joke about a bad game.
