E3 08: Rock Band 2 full track list revealed photo

Damn, Microsoft press conference, stop announcing so much information! I only have two hands here!

At the Microsoft event this morning, Harmonix revealed the full, initial song list -- a whopping 84 songs -- that will available in Rock Band 2 when the game ships this fall.

Talking Heads, ftw! Battery makes me hurt thinking about it.

I read elsewhere that you could transfer all songs off the rock band 1 disc to 2 (in the same format, etc.) for "under 5 dollars". Anyone else confirm?

Not great, not bad. Will be a welcome addition for me to play, though.

Livin on a prayer (because if you don't like this song, you are dead), Megadeth, Metallica and Priest are the only songs I'd play. Lame.

MASTER EXPLODER.
MASTER EXPLODER.
MASTER EXPLODER.
MASTER EXPLODER.
MASTER EXPLODER.

The best part of that fucking movie, the part I have iconized with my avatar, will be playable! If at the screaming part they make the singer point his finger at a guy in the crowd and that guy's head explodes, this will get a 10/10 from me, regardless of any flaws.

Finally the track list has been announced.

So I playtested a good majority of these for Harmonix (Drums on Hard and Guitar on Expert). Only song that gave me trouble was Chop Suey on guitar.

This is one of the strongest play lists assembled from all the rhythm games. And also the most fun.

It's about time that AC/DC gets on board. I seriously want to see Back in Black album DLC

Well, I'm glad I suggested that PUSA (aka The Presidents of the United States of America) talk with Harmonix about getting their songs in a game the last time i saw them in concert...

And MASTER EXPLODER makes me happy in the pants...oh so happy...
