Moments ago, during the Microsoft press conference, after showing some incredible footage of the highly anticipated Resident Evil 5, producer Jun Takeuchi announced the game’s release date: March 13, 2009.
Yup, that’s Friday the 13th. Oooooh, spooky! True, it’s a ways off, but knowing a definitive release date is always exciting.
Oh, yeah, and there was also a little mention of TWO PLAYER ONLINE CO-OP! Man, Resident Evil 5 is shaping up very nicely.

Resident Evil is pretty much my favortie series of games so I can not wait for this to come out!
