PSP sales spiked with the release of the PSP slim. At the time, it seemed like a natural progression to move towards a slimmer, and more beautiful unit. Sony also noticed a spike in sales with the recently released God of War bundle, and expect the same jump in sales from the Madden 09 package coming soon. Now, the company wants to focus on the family with their newest bundle starring Ratchet and Clank: Size Matters this October.
The Ratchet and Clank: Size Matters bundle will have more than just the game and silver-colored PSP. It will also include the UMD version of National Treasure 2, a PSN voucher for the outstanding Echochrome, and a 1 gig memory stick all for $199. I really don’t want to wake the gremlins to do the math for me, but I’ll trust that Sony is saving everyone more than a few bucks.
What themed bundle would you like to see next? If you don't have a PSP, what kind of bundle would move you to buy one? Personally, I would love to see a brown variant, but I can't place my finger on any game that could pull that off.
