I like to think that the developers behind DUKE have been smoking the reefer nonstop since their last good game, and thus... cannot be bothered by getting up from the couch and making a new game... that is actually... good.

Best part: Near the end when we get a close-up shot of Duke's crotch superimposed over a winamp visualization.

They should have used the Mystify Your Mind screen-saver for bonus effects!
