I figure I'm allowed to talk about Dynasty Warriors 6 again since it's been a good while since I last mentioned the game series you love to hate. Koei Warriors has two new scans from Famitsu magazine showing off a slew of screenshots and concept art. Some we've seen before, but of interest to fans is the new artwork detailing Guan Yu, Sun Shang Xiang and Dian Wei. I'm digging the new ball and chain look.
Dynasty Warriors makes me happy in my pants, and there's absolutely nothing any of you can do about it. Now if you'll excuse me, I need to go practice my thumb for all that mindless button tapping I shall soon be doing.

Why??? It'll be the same battles you've played before. Even if the environments are new, It'll be the same battle you've played in the thousand other Dynasty Warriors. Try a NEW IP Koei.
Because it is the single greatest game ever made. I know this before I've even played it, somehow.

I loves me some Wei dynasaty, specifically Cao Pi.
Ball and chain could have been given to Xu Zhu, but whatever! It's all good.
1. Watch opening
2. Press X 20,000 times (or whatever button it was for the generic combo on it's respective system)
3. Watch ending
The first 2,000 or so presses were always awesome, but I got bored after that.

Oh, and Deathsaw, no matter what tweaks and settings you have, or what players come and go, every Madden is still Football. Every NHL game is still hockey, etc. DW has more in common with sports games than other franchises. Think of it like that, updating the roster, tweaking gameplay settings, changing things here and there, but basically the same experience. People enjoy ROTK. They enjoy Dynasty Warriors, especially in Japan. This is enough for us.
