Dynasty Warriors 6 announced for PS3: Sterling faps like mad photo

Life is unpredictable, but of some things we can be certain - the Sun will set tomorrow, winter shall follow fall and Koei will always, always announce a new Dynasty Warriors sequel. After teasing with spin-offs, the kings of repetition at Koei have officially stated that the new-gen Dynasty Warriors 6 is hitting the PlayStation 3 soon. Currently in development, my favorite button masher will see a Japanese release in the fall, as announced at the PlayStation Premier event in Tokyo.

Koei's president Kenji Matsuhara made the announcement and claimed that the new credos for DW6 was "Extreme Action, Extreme Battlefield." I don't know about you, but that sounds pretty extreme. According to Famitsu, combos will be nigh-on limitless, there will be new weapons and the battlefield will offer an increased freedom. Not quite sure what kind of freedom we're talking about, but I can guarantee one thing -- I am going to be there on launch day, smearing my genitals all over copies of this game. 

I'm ... pathetic.

I've not tried Gundam yet, sadly, but I know I'll get it as soon as it's out.

So far its going to be PS3 exclusive in Japan, but when it comes over to the states I guarantee it will be ported to Xbox 360. I just wonder how they are going to pull off the addons like Empires and Xtreme Legends. Maybe through firmware updates/downloads?

Does this mean it's finally not going to be a PS2 based one? Will we finally get some epic level armies on screen and terrain that doesn't look like squares?

Aw shit who cares, it's got Lu Bu, I'll be playing it. Once I have... a PS3... and stuff... of course.

Didn't Koei force Dynasty and Samurai warriors to have somesorta butt sex to spawn the retard baby that is Kunochi Warriors or something?

whatever, the only Dynasty game I'll be playing is Gundam, because Dynasty Warriors got OLD... but I mean come one... GUNDAMS!

I guess I'll have to be the hater in this thread... but I think, in my opinion, this falls under the same "Fuck, it's coming again with the same damn thing... kill it NOW!" type of game like Pokemon and MegaMan (Gaming Gods bless his sould, for I love the lil blue guy last when he was in MegaMan X). If it's the same game, why do we keep getting it? Save your money and play any of the past 1000 makes... it'll be pretty much the same thing.

Of course, now I'll probably be hung for my comments, but I knew the price when I opened my mouth.

If I am to get hung, at least use a silk rope. It does wonders for my skin...

The problem for me is that KOEI is focusing on the wrong dynasty. If it were a late 80's/early 90's Dallas Cowboy coke binging, steroid abusing, hooker battle royale, I'd be interested.

Meh, I played the demo of Dynasty Warriors: Gundam and thought it sucked. But perhaps that has something to do with me not being familiar with Gundam at all.

@Jim: I have no idea why, but that picture just made me start laughing uncontrollably at work for a good twenty seconds. Well done.

i love dynasty warriors and this one really looks off the hook with the graphics and new abilitys and the makeovers with characters ,warriors Orochhi also looks really good but Gundam i think looks pretty gay im really just waiting for dynasty warriors 6 when it comes out i will no longer have a social life
