Dying to play The Incredible Machine? GOG has your back photo

Whoa! Now this brings me back.

Occasionally when the PC digital distribution service Good Old Games adds to its catalog of games, I have a hard time figuring out exactly what to say for a news post. It's tricky to tell people about a beloved videogame you have no prior experience with; there's no nostalgia, or anything for that matter.

But The Incredible Machine? Now there's a game I have fond memories of. There's always a place in my heart for one of the few physics-based puzzle games I actually enjoyed playing. As of today, GOG.com will be offering a Mega Pack containing four games from the series for only $9.99. Uh, hell yes!

What say you, Dtoiders? Is The Incredible Machine awesome or what?

I used to have a demo of this game on one of my Kings Quest discs, maybe I'll finally take the plunge.

The Incredible Machine 2 was my most played game from ages 8-16. I still have the disc (even if it doesn't work in any windows beyond 3.1).
I need this. Bought.

I still have The Incredible Machine 3. Hot damn look at these requirements: 8MB RAM, 33MHz CPU, 256-color SVGA monitor. I really liked the first one too. Crazy Machines I and II are worthy remakes.

I used to love that game. That and the incredible toon machine. I used to love to blow up the mice with the bombs. I saw a couple of games in this vein for the iPhone, but I wonder how good they are.

Still play the first one every 2-3 years. The game's just friggin classic. Never plunged into the others, but this may spark my interest. Bravo GOG.
