Duke Nukem Forever has new DLC now available on PSN and Xbox Live. "The Doctor Who Cloned Me" features a new single-player campaign which sees Duke facing off against classic franchise villain, Dr. Proton, and coming face-to-face with what has probably always been the greatest threat to our hero: Himself.
The DLC also comes with four new multiplayer maps, including the rooftop of Duke's casino and the charmingly named Breston Plant nuclear facility. All this for $9.99 or 800 MS points. Hey, it's your money.

I wonder if this was made before or after the fan input sheet Gearbox sent out. It looks decent but I'll have to wait post-christmas to get it I think, can't afford more things right now.
I just started playing DNF after getting it on sale... and I don't hate it. It's dumb fun, like watching Beavis and Butthead. I guess it helps that I am going into it with rock-bottom expectations. Hopefully I can get all the way through the single player campaign before getting tired of it.
I enjoyed DNF even though it was a really flawed game. I'll probably eventually get this because it's actually more Single Player content and looks interesting considering my only other encounter with Duke Nukem is with 3D which was also aliens.
Nitpick: You can refer to an Xbox Live Arcade game as being released on Xbox Live or Xbox Live Arcade, but you can't refer to DLC as being released on Xbox Live Arcade unless it is for an Xbox Live Arcade game... and even then I'm iffy. Basically what I'm getting at is that you should have said this was released on Xbox Live, not Xbox Live Arcade.
With that out of the way. This looks kind of interesting. I don't know if it's enough to get me to rent the game again so soon after finishing it, but I might have to play it eventually.
Totally though they were doing some kind of Doctor Who related DLC. Was about to get pissed, because Duke is not cool enough to be affiliated with The Doctor.
Its like 'The Happening' except without long drawn out shots over trees blowing in the wind, and its more like - new enemies and weapons to attach to your already-too-large pocket calculator/swiss army knife.
The swiss army has done so well! They have back packs, knives, and a whole crazy slew of other products. And its literally all branded by 'The Swiss (effickin' N G) Army', crazy stuff.

i thought it was some kind of tie-in

I think that's what they were going with for the title.
It's a reference to the James Bond movie the Spy Who Loved Me. Might be a slight Doctor Who reference as well but it is very clearly Bond.
That being said... I'll wait on this DLC.
It will never match Duke It Out In DC from DN3D, but it still looks entertaining enough considering I actually liked DNF.

Still, considering DNF is $10, and the DLC is $10, I'm guessing its worth it.
Buying this real soon !
I smiled at "Breston Plant".
