Halloween is tomorrow, folks, and we want to know what you're going as. Last year, the most popular videogame-related Halloween costumes were based on The Orange Box and BioShock. A lot of people went as members of Team Fortress 2, Chell from Portal and as Splicers. Some people even went as Mr. Destructoid, like reader Matt T. did.
This year, Mega Man seems to be the popular choice so far. Dtoider craineum made an unbelievable Mega Man outfit for his son, along with a couple of other Captain N-related costumes. pendelton21 is also going as Mega Man, complete with a knitted Mega Man helmet.
There have also been a few videogame-related pumpkins posted on the blogs this past week. ShadeWithin made the Destructoid pumpkin you see above, Codysseus' girlfriend made a sweet-looking Big Daddy pumpkin and craineum made a Mega Man pumpkin.

I hate dressing up, but most parties require you to do so. Bunch of nazis...
To top things off, if your costume is simple (ie a mask) costume elitist will tear you apart.
I'm going to a friend's party as Rorschach from Watchmen. I'll have to get some pictures sometime.

Actually, there's more to it, but I'd be dumb to not admit it's a very easy bit of cosplay.
i was gonna go as vault boy but i would have to shave, and my hair isnt quite the same as his. but also thought of making a papermache mask of vault boy instead, but ran out of time. i do have a jumpsuit. maybe just a vault dweller.
was also gonna try snake eyes(i have the sword,and a gun) but all my cargo pants are now cargo shorts. :( and walking around with a real glock isnt a good idea on Halloween.
also wanted to be cobra commander, but no one i know knows how to sew clothes, patterns of fabric.
so i will probably end up just being a drunk. i hate work. no time to make costumes.
I know there are at least 30 of us going but I bet more will show. All night baby!
Oo also watching the final part of Dead Set.
