I'm thankful for Steam. I've been exposed to so many great games through Steam that I wouldn't have been otherwise. And they usually have great prices :)
I'm thankful for Dtoid in general, but I have to give a special note to Public Access Destructoid. The people involved with PAD are beyond amazing. They're incredibly talented, funny and most importantly, they are like the nicest, most down to earth people I've ever encountered on the internet. The taped PAD episodes are endlessly amusing, while the live episodes really make me feel like I have close friends who live on the other side of the US.
I look forward to PAD every night, counting down the minutes til the stream comes up and we get to see what shenanigans they are getting into. The JTV show not only lets us interact with the beautiful staff of Dtoid, but I have also made friends with several of the people who regularly watch PAD.
I came to Dtoid every once in a while to catch up on gaming news. Now I'm on the site every day, and I'm constantly checking my email to see if PAD is streaming. So really, I'm thankful to everyone who makes Destructoid the awesome gaming community that it is.

I'm thankful that in an economy like this I have a job. I don't have to worry about asking people for games for Christmas and my birthday, instead buying games when I want to get them, when I can get them. Also thankful for Amazon Prime; thanks to them I got my shopping done earlier than usual.
