PAX Prime 2011 begins this Friday! Destructoid has been at every PAX since 2007 and each year the show just gets better and better. In fact, the convention center is made up of TWO floors full of games and entertainment this year.

Along with the games, there's going to be a bunch of panels and Destructoid is hosting two panels this year. First up is the "How to Run Your Own Gaming Website and Win at Life" on Saturday at 12:30 PM at the Unicorn Theatre. Then on Sunday in the Unicorn Theatre at 12PM is Destructoid Live with Nick Chester, Jim Sterling, Max Scoville, Niero and myself!

We'll be taking our group picture at the end of our panel on Sunday so make sure to wear your Destructoid gear then. Of course, we'll also be having our nightly meetups from Thursday through Sunday:

THURSDAY:

The Super Indie Friends Mixer!

Join Destructoid and several wonderful indie game companies for our pre-PAX celebration! The Super Indie Friends Mixer will see Hello Games (Joe Danger), Halfbrick (Fruit Ninja), Twisted Pixel (The Gunstringer), VBlank Entertainment (Retro City Rampage), Zen Studios (Pinball FX) and RedLynx (Trials Evolution) all partying it up. The mixer takes place at Gameworks from 8PM to 12AM.

FRIDAY:

Multiple parties/meetups will be occurring Friday night. The big one is the PAX Afterparty hosted by Fangamer.com with The Protomen. The Protomen and a couple other acts will be performing at El Corazon from 8PM to 11:30PM. Tickets are $15 for guaranteed access or you can get in for free with your PAX pass, space permitting.

There are a few other events and parties happening, you'll just have to track them down yourself.

SATURDAY:

2K is giving these ten Dtoiders the VIP treatment to play The Darkness II: TheRemix, Toneman, Clown Baby, Jonny, Swishiee, GrumpyTurtle, Nihil, LK4O4, ryaomon and Zeiss!

They'll be getting hands-on with the Quad-Wielding action and prizes too!

At 12:30PM, Niero, the founder of Destructoid, will be running the "How to Run Your Own Gaming Website and Win at Life" panel at the Unicorn Theatre.

At 8PM, Destructoid will be doing our nightly meetup at Pnk Ultra Lounge. Feel free to dress all fancy!

SUNDAY:

At 12PM, Destructoid Live 2 takes place with with Nick Chester, Jim Sterling, Max Scoville, Niero and myself! We have all sorts of entertainment planned for you, prizes to give out and some cool reveals too. Be sure to wear your Destructoid shirts as we'll be taking the group photos at the panel.

At 7PM, Destructoid will be doing our last gathering of the weekend at Rock Bottom once again.

Plans can change at any moment so it would be a good idea to follow some of the staff on Twitter as we'll be updating everyone if plans change: Hamza CTZ Aziz, Niero, Samit Sarkar, Dale North, Jordan Devore, Conrad ZimmermanJonathan Ross, Jim Sterling, Jesse Cortez, Mr Andy Dixon and Power-Glove. Or follow this list to make your life easier.

Also, be sure to check out this app for phones called Guidebook. It's basically a map and guide to PAX all right on your phone.
