Dtoid Movie Night: Mortal Kombat 2 photo

Gather 'round, all, and I shall spin you a tale...a horrific, mind-numbing tale. It's called Mortal Kombat II. Yes, once again, it's Destructoid's infamous movie night, where everyone gathers together to watch horrible video game movies. Last week, Pokemon was the film that everyone suffered through, and so this week, we bring you a more "mature" film.

If you can, hop into Ventrilo as soon as possible! What's Ventrilo, you ask? Well, it's a voice-chat software that you can download here and then check out the forum information about how to get onto the chat server. From there, the people in Vent will be more than willing to help you with all your audio settings -- from push to talk to getting rid of that annoying text to speech feature.

So, go enjoy your horrific movie! If you've got any questions, just ask them in the comments.

Thankfully the new Mortal Kombat is a reboot of the franchise, including movies. So, technically, it means this movie no longer exists.

As much as I would love to suffer through a horrible sequel, The Shield takes priority over everything tonight, a hail storm came through a little while ago disrupted the dish signal ruining my DVR recording of House, Criminal Intent, and SVU. But it recorded The Shield. It's a sign from god, man.

I logged onto vent, joined the dtoid server...which didnt have a password...to bad i need a password to join every damned channel in the server -_-

So, no movie for me...and when i tried to join a not movie night channel to ask if anyone knew the password...i needed a password...so no movie, and no talky talk at all...

Well whenever i click on a channel it says "Enter channel password." Then if i put an incorect word in, or type nothing it says "Switch channels failed. Probably a bad or missing password."
