The evil dude at 1:07 looks like a cross between Andy Serkis and Sam Neill. For that reason alone, I'm interested.
This game looks really interesting. I just hope that Capcom can deliver on the gameplay front because the competion for dark fantasy RPGs is really tough. I still think that this game can be compared more with Dark Souls than Skyrim.
I can't freaking wait! This game has the fantasy tropes down, and combined with refined, technical action, it will be intrinsically awesome.
I don't understand the Skyrim comparisons. Playing the demo at NYCC, it felt like a faster version of Dark Souls.
I like it's more... "old school" fantasy take. As much as I love the classic, Tolkien-inspired high-fantasy, this reminds me of 'Hero Quest' for some reason.
Either way, it looks brilliant. Expected nothing less from Capcom, really and with the RE6 demo you get early with it, I'll buy the heck out of it!

Yeeeeah, even with a western coat of paint, this still looks Japanese as fuck. As in, it's full of overly dramatic ridiculous nonsense. Which is fine.

This looks SO much like Dark/Demon's Souls that I can't wait to get it in my hands and give it a go!!
It's so fun. Played through the demo 3 times at GAMEfest.
And yes, it's far more like Dark Souls than Skyrim for Christ's sake. The kind of people who make these comparisons are probably the same people who believe Silent Hill: Downpour is an Alan Wake knock-off.
