Either Costume Quest was a successful profitability test run, or they finally realized that we still like them.
CQ also had a few bugs that weren't patched until after I'd finished it, so waiting purchase Stacking is probably a good idea anyway.

Double Fine's Stacking is making its way onto PC
Double Fine's Russian doll-themed Stacking was, for the most part, well received among both players and critics alike. It launched back in February of this year on Xbox LIVE Arcade and PlayStation Network, but a PC version was absent. That made some fans and their PCs sad. That's all about to change though, because Stacking's developers have decided to go ahead and announce that they're going to launch their adventure/puzzler title on Steam sometime in Spring 2012. To help sweeten the $14.99 price tag, said version of Stacking will come with The Lost Hobo King DLC for free. So, PC people, has Stacking got your attention (and possibly money)?

Legacy Comments (will be imported soon)Game was awesome on XBLA, however, I shall wait for a Steam sale before getting it again on PC(Yeah, its that fun). This indicates one of the following:
Either Costume Quest was a successful profitability test run, or they finally realized that we still like them. Stacked is a really lighthearted and lovely game. The unique gameplay makes for great fun, and some of the dolls' abilities are a fucking hoot. I giggled like a toddler the whole time I played this game. It's definitely worth a purchase. It'll be my second. I've been hoping this would happen ever since Costume Quest showed up on PC. When it's released I might wait a few weeks for a sale, though, since CQ went on sale shortly after I bought it and I felt a *tiny* bit of regret for not waiting. Really tiny.
CQ also had a few bugs that weren't patched until after I'd finished it, so waiting purchase Stacking is probably a good idea anyway. I wonder if this was financed by that Uber fan that made the Mac Psychonauts and PC Costume Quest happen. 11:00 AM on 05.20.2013 I want to marathon The Last of Us but I'm scaredI love to play some videogames in a single sitting.
