Donkey Kong reenacted with Lego

8:29 AM on 10.26.2006   |   Brad Rice

Reader Hyperactivebadger sent us a link over to Bitflicks, a relatively new site that puts up videos every week for the enjoyment of the masses. This past week, they've done an entire stage in Donkey Kong with stop-motion animation of Lego and CGI. It's a really cool piece of work, although I wish the entire thing was done in stop motion. It would've taken a lot longer, but I think it would've produced a better, although crappier looking, video. Overall, though, it's an impressive labor of love for the old game. The only other problem is, well, I've never played a game of Donkey Kong that was that easy. Be sure to check out the rest of their stuff, I think its a new place we'll end up linking to fairly often. You can go check out the Donkey Kong video here.
