Thanks again Tony! Y'know, I love Star Fox 64, but the original SNES one still had this kinda magic to it, and like I've said, a lot of that lies in the music. SF64's got a great soundtrack, but I feel that the original's is better in so many ways. Gameplay-wise, I'd say it still holds up pretty well, even without a crosshair to guide you in the third-person sections.
is it just me or are all the best starfox songs the first level songs? the coneria's for the original and 64 are amazing, and space battleground in assault(my personal favorite starfox song)and I can't say much about command since I never did get a chance to play it :(
I wish they would try to replicate the old box art style for the characters in the next game. If there is a next game.
This just makes me wanna play Starfox 2 ... but its a beta from the 1990's so its not fun to play over and over.... OH WHO AM I KIDDING ITS AWESOME!! They need to make a new Starfox on WiiU or 3DS that borrows from Starfox 2, it was like an RTS / on rails shooter/ off-rails shooter/ Mech shooter/ super awesome game that was never completed. Everyone look for the rom of it, because you have to try it. Look it up on Wikipedia at least!

Star fox for the snes IS the best star fox, that is, if nintendo had re-released it in 60 frames per second as a wiiware title. But who am I kidding, that's like asking nintendo to take the past and make it better. Oh wait, they did that and teased us in Wii's WarioWare Smooth Moves, where you get to play a VERSION of the first level in star fox in 60 fps and better resolution! They went all the way to make a new version of the game, but they can't just make a simple "remake" (hey just give the damn thing 60 fps so it's playable). DAMNNNNNNN!!!! SCREWWWWWWWWWW THAT
