I'd really like to see more raggae/dancehall since that's where DJ music truly began. Throw some soundclash in there. A little U-Roy, maybe Runaway Girl (live). That's what's up
Dig how these songs all seem much more well suited to mashups than half of the songs in DJ Hero 1. Also, I picked up DJ Hero 1 for 60 bucks last month so dammit, I need this to justify that otherwise worthless piece of plastic I have laying around.
Which only really speaks for how terrible they usually are, mind you. Still, many solid tracks and quite a few gems.
It's nice to see they have such a high focus on quality electronica/techno artists this time around. Seeing stuff like Prodigy's Omen, Chemical Brother's Leave Home, Deadmau5' Ghosts N' Stuff, and other artists makes me believe that they might truly deliver on blowing me away with these mixes.
At the least, these songs are MUCH more suited to mashups then the tracks from the first game.

I really want to like DJ Hero but all mash ups do is make me want to listen to the two songs separately. Maybe I just need to find a copy of this and play it a bit to see if it clicks.
The first DJ Hero seemed awesome to me because of the Daft Punk. But the second one, which will be propably without them, looks absolutely meh to me.

You realize the DJ culture is more then just electronica artists and dance music right? Hip hop is arguably where it got it's biggest start.
