...and like I said in the other tread, this pretty much makes the Wii version pointless (other than, well, in sales numbers).

I felt the same way about most of the wii's library.
Queue Nintendo forcing people to shake the wii remote and nunchuck up and down to roll in DKCR. I'm hoping developers have learned their lessons.
Otherwise I'm guessing that the wii version will be 10 dollars cheaper. For people who don't have an HDTV, I guess there is a small niche advantage there.
