Been waiting for this since the first GInformer article. The pedigree is there, it looks fantastic, can't wait.
Dark Messiah was fucking fantastic, with the amount of talent behind this game and it's oddly 'Arcanum' (more specific than the steampunk, kinda'... to me :P) looking style It's sure to be a hit with, well, me! :D

Now that Mass Effect 3 is out of the way, this is my most anticipated game of the year. Dark Messiah of Might and Magic and Arx Fatalis were both incredible games, and I can't wait to see what these dudes can cook up after all these years. Considering the developer, the style, premise, the various gameplay that's been promised, and the fact that I've heard nothing but great things about it so far, I'm pretty sure this is gonna be my Skyrim of 2012.
This looks like a steamy pile. Does everyone know something I don't? Gameplay could be sweet, but man is this game fugly. We'll see I guess.

dont get me wrong, i am interested, yet i wonder...why is it that british faces in videogames are apparently distorted above the average degree, in short...looking like pointy piles of rat-poo?
As much as I can't wait to see more of this, I also have to say that if they're going to call it steampunk, then I hope its actually steampunk. Too many things get called that and aren't actually a part of that sub-genre.

Tbh I enjoy steampunk more when it's an element in a game (like in the original Alice) as opposed to the entire setting.

It always has, Jim. This game has been on my radar since launch. Here's hoping there's more Thief and Arx Fatalis and less RAGE.

This game looks great. If it lives up to its hype, I'll be on my bookshelf or hard drive in the near future. From what I've read and seen of the game, I'm getting a Bioshock meets Assassin's Creed vibe from it, which isn't a bad thing.
