Dillon's Rolling Western looked like a nice tower defense game, but the original game was bogged down by an incredible grind. A sequel, titled Dillon's Rolling Western: The Last Ranger, was announced at today's Nintendo Direct.

The game will introduce new team members who need to be defeated before they'll join you, as well as a train that will choo-choo throughout each level and requires protection from Dillon. Hopefully the core gameplay is jazzed up a bit to make it more interesting and tactical, so that the overall package can be better.

Dillon's Rolling Western: The Last Ranger hits the 3DS eShop on April 11.

Nintendo Download: Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney Trilogy

The Wii U isn't looking good this week. All you're getting is Lucadian Chronicles, Angry Birds Star Wars, and Angry Birds Trilogy. Yep. Seriously. The 3DS however is rocking it as usual. The big drops include Phoenix Wright: ...more

Europe gets Pokémon Pinball: Ruby & Sapphire on Wii U this week

A new pinball game out of Nintendo sure would be delightful. The time is right (because the time is always right for well-made pinball spinoff games). I don't see that happening anytime soon, granted, but there's always Pok&e...more

Mighty Gunvolt's DLC levels are worth the few bucks they cost

Mighty Gunvolt has just acquired some DLC and it's cheap, ringing in at $2.99. So what do you get? Four stages, and subsequently, four boss battles. That's it. There's no fanfare for the new levels or new story -- they'...more
