It's been roughly four million years since we saw the first teaser trailer for Deus Ex: Human Revolution and finally, after such a huge wait, we have gotten what we wanted... a full gameplay trailer! Oh wait, no... it's another CGI video. BAH!
Cynicism aside, this is still a beautiful and exciting trailer. The music is fantastic and the story looks really promising. I am quite thrilled by what I'm seeing, and I really hope we see some gameplay to back it up. I'll definitely stop myself getting too hyped before I see how it plays, but I'd be lying if I didn't say this video raised my expectations considerably.
What do you think? Getting hot around the collar, are you doubtful?

But I have no history with the Deus Ex games, but this really caught my attention, but I do need to see some gameplay, I don't even know what genre this game is yet!
What a glorious day!
If the developers can come up with that, hopefully the game will be just as exciting/intense.
simple does not equal better
Ah, there's the obligatory hot chick. Wondering where she was.
Anyhow, I'm interested in this game now, to bad about no gameplay.
Just going to have to wait and see.
Looks like an awesome mix of MATRIX + Minority Report + MGS4 + Blade Runner. I tried playing the PS2 game last month, but just couldn't do it, but this one looks like something I can handle.
also the music... kept hearing Song to the Siren by This Mortal Coil. Maybe its just me.
I'm now excited.
If the game turns out half as good as this trailer, it'll be a winner.
I mean, I know that FF:TSW was a flop. But this, the trailer just gave me goosebumps. Looks awesome. I eagerly await this game to see if it delivers.
No you're not. I -wish- they made CGI movies like that trailer.
Also, that's amazing CG and that futuristic skyline is one of the best I've ever seen.
The problem witht he first game, one of its only flaws other than lackluster characters, is that the plot lacked emotion. The sequel was better at portraying the social conflict in that regard, and by this trailer, will be topped by the new game.
The first game is a flawed masterpiece, and while the second game was a step back gameplay wise, had an excellent story as well, in some apsects better. Hopefully, this game will bring both emotion and intrigue.
