Dtoid Forums now support TapATalk and ForumRunner on your iOS/Android devices. Whoot.

We've highlighted Destructopus! before in a Weekend Mobile roundup, because it simply looked awesome and it's called Destructopus!

The game is now available on the iPhone App Store for $0.99, which is cheap enough to give it a try for yourself. A few things have been updated in the process, like additional levels, rebalancing, optimized performance for older devices, and more destruction.

Some of the unlockable abilities are in-app purchases but as the game itself is cheap, that simply means it's up to you whether you want to bother with them. Regardless, you'll still have a laser eye to shoot things with. Check it out if you want some side-scrolling Rampage-ing on your iThing.

We the people of this planet have a duty to save the planet and destroy the pollution, industry and people of this planet!

Mars. Mars is better. There's no pollution on Mars.

What Bakewell said.

I got the app, but it's buggy as hell so I deleted it.

Destructoid is an open discussion community. You don't need to "audition" to post a comment - just speak your mind. We respect differing opinions on the site, so have at it. Be smart, funny, insightful, clueless, or cute -- but back it up with substance. Keep your cool, keep it fun. We only ask that you act respectfully and above all: don't be a troll and ruin it for everyone else. Don't bring down gamers or we'll, you know, gently shoot you in the face and stuff you into a flaming mailbox. Each comment is your opportuntity to make this community awesomer. Is that even a word?

Avoiding the banhammer only requires common sense: spamming, trolling, racism, NSFW stuff, and other forms of sucking will not be tolerated. If anyone is griefing please report abuse. Be good. Don't suck!
