This match was so incredibly fun! I have thought TA was the best F2P game since the open beta, and I'm very glad this game was chosen for the match.
After watching all three steams (awesome HR commentary, ours, and Machinima's), I'm confident I could do even better in a rematch. I'd definitely use the time to fill a third capper role. If held the flag longer, old have been able to full my intended role of chasing the carrier.

I watched part of the stream, and after watching a match, I knew Dtoid would come out on top, because Dtoid is always on top.

Woop woop! Wish I could have been there, but it was scheduled at two in the afternoon on a weekday. Who does that?
I had some nice mortar shots in the last round. I feel bad for my performance on Drydock; although motion sensors helped ruin RedishBlue's momentum, it wasn't as effective as I had hoped, and I hate the Technician's SMG. I kinda wish now that I had swapped to Pathfinder for Drydock and Crossfire. (Also wish I had time prior to warm up just a little, I got home only a few minutes before I got on the server.)
But I had a blast all the same, and I'd do it again in a heartbeat. Great commentary by the Hi-Rez team as well. Watching the Machinima video after the match, I was blown away at the crazy LAN setup they had, with their pings of 12 and my crappy 110 or whatever it was, haha.
@JohnApocalypse: I run at between 20-40ish fps on Core2Duo @ 2.93Ghz, 4GB DDR2 800, and a Radeon HD 5770. My system is about 4 years old, GPU aside, and it's playable, if not buttery smooth.
I tried some of the extremely ugly tribes.ini setups that are floating around the web, and they don't noticeably improve framerate for me, or at least not enough to tolerate the hideous visuals. I'll get around to tweaking it by hand someday, or maybe upgrading my dinosaur of a desktop.

Lol I like how they say Hamza suggested it and they fully expected to play him & other Dtoid staff but get "Community Ringers" instead. Didn't watch this live but I caught up on the vid. Good job everybody.

Now that Dtoid has proven it's worth to ,the popular and cocky, Machinima, there will be chaotic future approaching.
