Destructoid one year anniversary photos photo

Alright, I'm calling a 5 minute time-out on gaming for a family photo moment!

Ten days ago Destructoid celebrated it's one year anniversary and, as noted in my long-ass sappy keynote, we flew everybody down for a 4-day extended weekend of proper Miami-style partying: Pawn Shop Thursday, Studio A Friday, Bacardi B-Live Saturday, and recovery on South Beach Sunday. Even with over a hundred photos, this does not accurately describe why we call it THE BEST WEEKEND EVAR!  My only regret is that we have to wait another 365 days to do it again. I want to thank everybody who came down our friends at MiamiNights who organized the party and also celebrated one with us: here's their gallery from one of the nights. Next Dtoid party stop: PAX, baby!

Damn, you guys prove once again that you know how to have a good time. It's so rare to see people who play loads of video games, yet still have a social life. Where I live, it's hard to find someone who knows the difference between Gears of War and God of War AND parties on the weekends.

It was a blast! Good to meet everyone, we partied hard. It is always a good night when you wake up and look at your camera and only remember taking about half the pictures! That is me in Pic #14 w Britini.
