Destructoid OFFICIALLY one of the UK's best gamer sites photo

We might not be CEREAL GAMZ JARNALISTS but it appears that real, grown-up journalists quite like us. Or at least an editor for the UK's Sunday Times appears to be a fan. Yes, we're tooting our own horn quite shamelessly, but it's a slow news day and Kotaku already beat us to the punch, so let's do this thing!

Destructoid was listed as one of the Sunday Times' top five sites for gamers, where our ability to post fifty stories a day and run without the need for big corporate backing was highlighted. We also received praise for being one of the few sites to push iPhone gaming coverage, because we're techno surfers riding the wave of the future!

Of course, this means that we are OFFICIALLY one of the UK's top gamer sites, and that's OFFICIAL. We are clearly read by the Queen and John Cleese and Russel Brand and Postman Pat and Treguard from Knightmare which is a cultural reference only 5% of you will get. If that.

Have you heard that we're kind of a big deal?
