Destructoid descends on E3: Here's what you can expect

E3 holds a special place in my heart.

Coming here is a little dream a million nerds like me share, and I'll never forget when I put all logic aside and just went for it by firing up my own gaming blog and crossing my fingers when I applied. I wanted to be a part of this exciting industry and tell everyone about what goes on there from an unflinching enthusiast's point of view. Now we're press regulars; it's funny how your life can change. The convention, too, has changed significantly since we elbowed our way into this business, but our commitment to our humble beginnings remains unchanged. Just like then, it's all about bringing it home for the Destructoid community who, at the end of the day, has made living the dream of being here possible.

Three years later, I find myself back doing something I'm incredibly proud of: Bringing you an experienced staff of over 20 editors and video crews on the show floor, so you can expect hundreds of hands-on impressions, discussions, videos, and more that you won't find anywhere else this week -- Destructoid's best coverage of E3 ever. I'm also just as excited as ever to get back into that robot helmet and share what we do with new faces. So in that sense, some things never change.

Anyway, I just wanted to thanks for reading us and for all the support. We're gonna rock E3 this year for you.
