Destructoid Bomberman costume now available for download photo

If you've somehow missed the news, you should know that Destructoid has partnered with Hudson to make video gaming magic (well, it's magic to us), and now Mr. Destructoid has become a playable character in Bomberman Live for the Xbox Live Arcade. Today, the Bomb-Up Pack 2 is available for download on Xbox Live, letting players sport the Destructoid helmet and suit while they bomb for domination.

Grab Bomb-Up Pack 2 for 250 Microsoft Points ($3.12) and you'll get ten new characters (including Mr. Destructoid), two new levels, the new "Bomb Shelters" game mode, and two new leaderboards. Just make sure you already have Bomb-Up Pack 1 already installed. And you'll definitely want to suit up before the Friday Night Fights.

Is anybody else having trouble with it? I keep saving my customized Bomberman, but every time I try to leave the customization screen it says I haven't saved my changes, and then I get back to the main screen to see just the standard Bomberman standing there.

I love Dtoid and the community and all... but being forced to puchase both packs to utilize the second just out of pure principle is complete bullshit. What's the point of offering up more than one expansion if you require your users to have the previous one to use the newest? So much for customizing your experience. FUCK HUDSON!

Not only do I not support them on that BRILLIANT design decision, I also hate it when companies sell shit on live that isn't in increments equivalent to whole dollars. I refuse to support the shitty ass monetary system they have created in that manner.
